Class Policies:
Our classes are technique oriented, but allow you to explore your creativity and have some fun! All classes require pre-registration. Class fee is $20.00 per person unless otherwise indicated. Non-refundable deposit of one half of the class fee is required at the time of pre-registration. Deposits will be applied to a future class, if cancellation is required due to inclement weather. Materials lists are provided upon registration. Students must purchase materials before class begins. A 10% discount is given on all materials purchased for a class. Classes are usually limited to 8 participants to insure personal attention for each student. Class may be canceled if fewer than four students register. Please be considerate of your fellow classmates and instructors by: purchasing your materials before class begins, turning off your cell phones, and refraining from wearing scented products.
If you are unable to attend one of Bead Crazy’s regularly scheduled classes, we will happily teach you privately at a mutually convenient time. Please call (802)288 – 9666 to setup your own private lesson!

Bead Therapy: Join us the first Monday of every month for a Quilting Bee for Beaders. Bring a project you are working on, or begin a new one. Store will be open from 7:00-9:00 pm just for you. Come as you are; feel free to bring your own wine. Goodies will be provided.
Because the first Monday is Labor Day, Bead Therapy will resume in October.
Basic Beading: This class provides a basic overview of stringing materials, types of beads, findings, tools, design and finishing techniques. You will make a bracelet to take home. Fee is $20.00, plus bracelet materials. Class will begin at 6:15pm.

Tubular Wedding Bracelet: While you surely can wear this bracelet for any occassion, it would be a beautiful part of a wedding ensemble. It is a cuff style bracelet that whips up in no time. Class will begin at 6:15pm.

Metalwork: Stamping and Hammering: Join in on the latest craze…stamping metal. You will also learn to texture and form metal with a variety of hammers and daps. After practicing on sheet copper, students will completed a pair of earrings. All materials included in $25.00 class fee. Class will begin at 6:15pm.

Metalwork: Introduction to Soldering: This class is hot stuff! You will learn about safety, handling and basic soldering in this class. You will produce a silver, swirly bracelet. Class is limited to 5 students. Torches, and all materials will be provided. Class fee is $50.00. Class will begin at 6:00pm.

Introduction to Precious Metal Clay (PMC): Shannon Greenlese, a certified PMC artist and instructor with 10 years of experience, is coming to teach us all about Precious Metal Clay! Students will learn the basics of PMC, work with PMC+ Silver Clay, and leave class with a pendant, a charm, or a pair of earrings.

Class will be held 9:00am – 2:00pm (with a one hour break for lunch). Fee is $90.00.
All tools and materials mecessary to complete the PMC piece will be supplied. Students will be responsible for any findings, stringing materials, or eads used to complete the project. Class will be limited to six people.
Earrings Only: You have asked, so here you go! Here is a basic, earrings only class. Students will learn three separate techniques – chain, wire wrapped, and a simple seed bead design. Start your holiday gifts early. Class is only $15.00
